Summary The Team Leader will lead their teams to ensure production efficiency while aligning strategic goals and tasks with company policies and procedures. The Team Leader also provide a general administration support to Operations Modules (Module Managers, Operations Manager and other Team Leaders, as appropriate). Responsibilities - Check and monitor WIP in accordance with the plan. - Manage capacity in line with targets. - Manage the holiday planning to support production manager. - Perform WIP/Stock checks. - Support planning function as required. - KIT issuing and timesheet booking as required. - Ensure skills matrix is current and effectively deployed. - Review daily targets and action any necessary counter measures. - Deliver training as required. - Report relevant people issues to the production manager. - Cover low level administration duties when absences within the team. - Perform other reasonable duties as requested within the confines of their role. - Complete return to works. - Update and check talent management system on a daily basis. Qualifications - Good interpersonal skills and can communicate to people at all levels. - Can work with all teams ensuring they are working to the correct standards. - Help and support others where needed. - Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Able to influence stakeholders. - Excellent customer service orientation. - Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. - Confident to work independently and prioritise duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - The ability to analyse data and identify trends.
