We are seeking a works planner scheduler to organise and book our engineers into customer sites to complete servicing of various fire, security systems. All planning is software based and engineers send through completed job via their PDA's.
Part of the job will be to order in various parts from our suppliers and to rebook service visits where required, other parts of the role will be to assist the installation teams with booking jobs and liaising with clients and customers.
Ocon has various standards and part of this is tracking service data this will need to be managed through the company's software system.
The role is office based however we operate flexible working and try to accommodate work patterns if there are school runs etc.
