Your Role:
· As an integral member of the TidNBul Estates Subcontractor Team, the Subcontractor Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the subcontractor Team.
· Responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and documentation of PPM, contractor and data within their designated area of responsibility.
· Inherit, promote and operate at ADSL’s standards and ‘Safety First’ and strategic objectives complying with management policies, procedures, and processes to achieve efficient and effective deliverable services in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Submit Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs) for approval based on authorised Work Orders for internal and external teams, as well as contractor tasks according to agreed quotes. Additionally, process Work Orders for remedial maintenance activities as directed by the Technical Coordinator for PPM works.
· Support the Technical co-ordinator with the utilisation, selection, and deployment of sub-contractors within area of responsibility for approved maintenance activities within the TidNBul estate in accordance with ADSL Procurement and Financial policies.
What We’re Looking For:
· Qualifications: 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent including Maths and English) Qualification in Computer Sciences would be advantageous.
· Experience: Knowledge of computing systems and software, particularly MS Office and SharePoint. Ability to be methodical and able to keep accurate records, with experience of working accurately to deadlines.
· Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage programmes of work and maintenance records effectively. Has the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, maintenance teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to putting customers first and delivers high quality service that meets or exceeds expectations.
· Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
