An expanding corporate organisation based 15 minutes out of York, is looking to recruit a Reception Coordinator to add to their team.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 9-5pm with 1 hour lunch. Competitive salary with benefits.
Duties:
You will be the first point of contact for the business. A smart appearance and a positive attitude is a must.
Administrative duties is required with excellent attention to detail.
Filing and handling sensitive documentation
Answering and transferring phone calls
Proving customer service and supporting team members where needed
Full training will be given around the company, but previous reception experience is needed.
Requirements:
Previous Reception experience, essential
Good knowledge of computer packages, especially Excel
Customer facing experience with the ability to adapt to different management levels.
A keen eye for detail
Must be able to travel outside of York, feasible on a bus route
