Job summary The Digital Communications Officer must be able to use content management systems and will be responsible for managing the content on the Trust website and intranet keeping these updated and enhancing their usability, design and content quality. They will need to be able to undertake videos and vlogs. The post holder will support the Communications Manager and Head of Communications with digital communications campaigns and further develop and monitor the use of social media throughout the Trust. The post holder will need a thorough knowledge of digital communications channels and methods as well as excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO. Good writing skills and the ability to convey messages to a variety of audiences are a must. Main duties of the job To provide social media monitoring for the Trust. To provide photography and videography support. To monitor social media and create engaging content.
