ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful CDM Consultant will be responsible for:
1. Offering expert guidance on health and safety considerations throughout the design and planning phases of each project
2. Informing clients about their obligations under the CDM regulations during the pre-construction phase
3. Serving as the primary liaison for all health and safety-related information
4. Assessing health and safety design proposals
5. Mitigating and managing potential risks through effective communication with designers
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements for the CDM Consultant:
6. NEBOSH Construction certificate Diploma
7. Tech IOSH, Grad IOSH or CMIOSH member
