Responsibilities

3. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
4. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock.
5. Train new employees in cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols.
6. Develop menus in collaboration with chefs to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food production industry is essential.
2. Strong background in kitchen operations, including cooking and food preparation.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
4. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is crucial.
5. Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective team management and customer interaction.
