Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the commercial aspects of multiple projects from procurement through to final account Prepare and submit accurate monthly client valuations Produce detailed cost reports and cash flow forecasts Price variations and manage change control processes Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor packages Conduct regular site visits and support project delivery teams Ensure timely and accurate payments in line with contractual obligations Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure financial targets are achieved The ideal candidate will have/be: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or specialist contracting Strong knowledge of commercial management and construction contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT) Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Full UK driving licence A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results How to apply: Please send an up-to-date CV in strict confidence.
