We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Branch Sales & Operations Manager to join the team at our branch in Folkestone. You will assist the Branch Manager in leading a team, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Help to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
4. Manage inventory levels, minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience within the Motor industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and related products.
3. Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the industry.
4. Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
