We are looking for someone who wants to combine their people, administrative and organisational skills into one role as a Tenancy Assistant. You can add real value as part of a small team of professionals who build positive, trusting and respectful relationships with our customers who are preparing to move forward towards independence.
A key part of your role will be to work closely with the Tenancy Officer in supporting our customers to sustain their tenancies. You will be responsible for ensuring void management, tenancy sign ups, core forms, audits, money transactions and logging repairs are all managed efficiently. Your people skills will be needed to provide support and advice, engaging with our customers, dealing with their queries and handling complaints. Whilst you will be based in Bournemouth and you may need to work at our other sites to provide appropriate support to the Tenancy Officer and our customers.
