Job Description
Work as a Home Manager for a local provider for an elderly nursing home. As an experience Home Manager with a good background with the CQC you will take on a care home to galvanise the team and ensure continued improvement with compliance having with a Care Home that has just achieved turnaround as well as a refurbishment within the Home.
This Home has recently undergone a turnaround and refurbishment to get the Home up to standard with CQC and achieve Band 1 with the local authority and the company prides themselves on internal development and would be keen to progress anyone who does a Good job within this service for the next 2/3 years.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Home Manager Requirements:
* Elderly Dementia experience
* NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)
* CQC experience
* Nurse Preferable
As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small elderly care home within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
