Liaise with the Senior Medical Team and Advance Nurse Practitioner to ensure timely review of any sick patients in accordance with departmental standards. Liaise with the Bed Management team via Bleep system or to ascertain the bed availability on the wards. Have clear overview of all patients in the unit and monitor compliance with departmental standards. Maintain communication with all members of the team throughout the shift. Provide leadership and support as required,
