As a Vice President in the Technology Recruitment team, you will ensure the attraction and recruitment of top talent both internally and externally. You'll need a strong understanding of the Tech market and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices, using proactive sourcing techniques and provenrecruitment delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire recruiting process and develop recruiting strategies.
* Manage multiple roles and collaborate with various stakeholders simultaneously.
* Advise hiring managers on recruiting processes and policies.
* Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels.
* Evaluate, interview, and present candidates, refining strategies based on feedback.
* Understand recruiting needs, participate in client meetings, and manage expectations.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
* Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation.
* Provide market data to support client needs.
* Use applicant tracking systems and maintain data integrity.
* Mentor and coach team members both in local and regional teams.

* Experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
* Strong understanding of technical disciplines and ability to identify top talent.
* Client-focused, supportive, and advisory approach.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
* Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
* Familiarity with a variety of recruiting platforms (sourcing, technical assessment, candidate management platforms).
* Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills.
