If you have a caring nature and a commitment to helping children thrive, this could be the perfect role for you Role Details: Location: Scunthorpe Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential to rise Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only) Focus: Supporting children with SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties What You’ll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 and group support for students with a range of SEN needs Assisting with classroom activities and adapting materials for individual needs Creating a safe and nurturing learning environment Supporting students with communication, sensory, and behavioural needs Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to ensure student progress What We’re Looking For: Experience working with SEN children (school or care-based experience is beneficial) A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support Strong communication and behaviour management skills A desire to help children overcome challenges and succeed Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential) Why Join Us?
