Our IT Training Department has an exciting opportunity for a Lead eLearning Developer to join our Team. Youll be working 37.5 hours a week and based at our HQ in Worcester. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident, and experienced eLearning Developer who has a proven track record of working in a busy IT Training department and creating engaging and dynamic eLearning content. The successful candidate will have lead responsibility for the EPR (Electronic Patient Record) eLearning development and work closely with the EPR Training Workstream Lead/IT Training Manager. The Training Team deliver a wide range of Training Courses using a blended learning approach and provide support to all our colleagues throughout Herefordshire and Worcestershire. * Take responsibility for designing and developing high quality eLearning modules for the EPR, managing this part of the EPR Project Workstream
* Take responsibility for creating high quality short videos for the EPR and delegate to other members of the team
* Lead other members of the training team to develop eLearning and create videos as well as Quick Reference Guides and Lesson Plans
* Manage users on the LMS (Learning Management System) if required
