You’ll be passionate about developing business and having a direct impact on the growth of our company by strategically growing and retaining our National and Flagship clients.
Job Overview:
The Strategic National Account Manager is a pivotal role at Bridge Coffee Roasters, responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with our key and national accounts. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, overseeing account management activities, and working closely with various internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our products and services. As well as a strong background in sales, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, brilliant at communicating and able to build strong and trusted relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
· Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve growth objectives for key and national accounts.
· Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
· Managing clients with £200k to £1m ARR
New Business Development:
· Identify and target potential national accounts to expand the customer base.
· Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and increase market share.
· Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Bridge Coffee Roasters.
· Live and Breathe our unique sales methodology.
Collaborate with our clients to develop and implement sales strategies
· Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
· Forecast sales trends and set performance targets to drive growth in national accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure readiness for the next customer demand.
· Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.
· Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams to deliver exceptional service to national accounts.

· Passion for coffee and a understanding of the coffee industry is a plus.
· Proficiency in systems, MS 365, ERP and CRM Platforms
· Able to travel UK wide and have a full Driving License
