2nd Line IT Support Technician paying up to £40k is required to join the IT team at an expanding company in Central London. The company have multiple sites across the UK which will need you to provide end-user support over the telephone, remotely, via email and face-to-face, installing, updating, maintaining and supporting various software applications. Successful candidates must have experience with supporting Windows OS, diagnosing and solving hardware faults, knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Office365 Admin is crucial, as is an understanding of TCP/IP Networking and experience of setting up, troubleshooting and support.
