Our client, a leading business in their field is seeking a Sales Team Leader to join the organization on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a small sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met whilst upholding standards and meeting internal SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ team leader / management experience, either from an office environment or a Retail / Hospitality background, where you have been used to overseeing a small team whilst working in a hands-on role yourself.
This role will be full-time, office-based in the Tunbridge Wells office with parking on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer service are met and maintained at all times
- Guide and drive the sales team to meet targets and ensure a high level of performance
- Ensure SLAs are met
- Provide updates to senior management on the performance of the team and any improvements that could be made
- Ensure all team administration tasks are carried out with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Build and maintain relationships across the business with other departments and third parties
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing and leading a small team, whether it be in an office environment, Retail or Hospitality
- Previous experience in a sales environment is highly desirable
