Your Key Responsibilities

* Be flexible and adapt to tasks across various areas of the club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area, and kitchen.
* Support other duties as requested by the line manager, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
* Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers and colleagues, promoting responsible gaming practices and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality, retail, or leisure environment.
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and customers.
* Basic numeracy knowledge and experience handling cash.
* A strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
