Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Accurately identify customer parts requirements.
2. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
3. Deliver great customer service to all customers.
4. Maintain parts stock and stock records.
5. Process parts orders efficiently.
6. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
7. Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.
