Facilities Co-ordinator - Cambridge Summary We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Anglesey Abbey in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. Hours: 37.5 hours a week (full time). Shifts will be Monday- Friday 8am to 4pm. There may be some weekend working (one weekend a month) so time off in lieu would be taken during the week. Occasionally, there will be later starts due to events, for example, 12pm-8pm. Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Anglesey Abbey operates as it should, by running efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), by assisting with the suppliers and co-ordination of contractors as well as occasional cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
