Job summary We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated Senior Clinical Systems Support Officer to join our Clinical Systems Team in supporting the Trusts core clinical systems. This is an interesting and varied role that will provide the day to day support and administrative duties for key clinical systems across the Plymouth Health Community. The role will be expected to undertake system administration tasks as directed by the Clinical Systems Application Manager as well as line managing Clinical System Support Officers.The post holder will also provide general system support and maintenance for all clinical systems which fall within the responsibility of the Clinical Systems Team.The ideal applicant should have the ability to work unsupervised with a willingness to learn new system functionality in a short time frame. The applicant must also have excellent working proven knowledge of at least one of the Trusts clinical systems and the confidence to participate and facilitate meetings with members of staff at all levels. Main duties of the job The post holder may directly manage members of staff.
