About the Position
We are seeking an exceptional Research Technician to join our team at the Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to cutting-edge cancer research projects focused on BCN and miRNA-RISC biology. The successful candidate will work closely with Professor Tyson Sharp's group and the CCMB's research support team to deliver high-quality research outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biological sciences and practical experience in laboratory research. They should be skilled in using computer software for data analysis, presentation, and statistical evaluation of results. Experience with microRNA biology, RNA-seq, eCLIP, and LIM-domain biology would be advantageous. The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team is essential.
