The Role: We are looking for a CNC Miller to join our highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, and a strong background working with a variety of high-performance materials. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. Work with a range of materials including Titanium TS28 / AMS4967, Stainless Steels, Waspaloy, Nimonic, Alloy Steels, and Inconel. Ensure all components meet the specified tolerances and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure maximum efficiency. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and solve complex technical challenges. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with company policies. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Miller with expertise in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines. Hands-on experience with precision engineering, especially in materials such as Titanium, Stainless Steels, Waspaloy, Nimonic, Alloy Steels, and Inconel. Strong understanding of technical drawings and the ability to interpret and work from complex specifications. Experience working in a high-precision, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
