We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Administrator to provide reliable, high-quality administrative and logistical support to the Ecology team and broader consulting group. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, supporting team objectives and adapting to changing project needs with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver accurate and timely administrative support to the Ecology and consulting teams
* Engage and communicate effectively with team members and clients
* Adhere to company policies and champion a positive company culture
* Support other team functions when needed, displaying adaptability and teamwork
* Actively pursue professional development and seek training opportunities
Role Requirements:
* Logical, proactive, and commercially minded with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated, practical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in client care (both internal and external), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with quality standards, particularly ISO standards, and a commitment to health and safety policies
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to advance skills in line with project demands
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: At least 2 years in project coordination or a similar administrative role
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills
* Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking skills with an eye for detail
* Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
