As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

4. Understanding of confidentiality in relation to home care services
5. Good administrative and IT skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, their families, staff, and other healthcare professionals
8. Good geographical knowledge of the local area
9. Ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure
10. Flexibility and commitment to updating knowledge and skills regularly
