Role overview:
* Oversees the delivery of assigned brand responsibilities, managing the planning, execution, and analysis of key programmes, projects, and campaigns.
* Ensures the successful implementation of brand tactical plans and their measurement.
Responsibilities:
Marketing (Planning & Execution):
* Collaborates closely with the Franchise/Brand Lead or Senior Manager in the Business Unit to own the execution, development, and measurement of Brand Plan tactics.
* Develops and executes omnichannel communication campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
* Utilizes brand drivers and key metrics by proactively analyzing KPIs to guide and shape marketing activities.
* Incorporates customer-centric and user-needs principles to differentiate the brand at the customer level.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Acts as a Brand Ambassador by reinforcing key messages and supporting leadership initiatives without direct authority.
* Fosters positive cross-functional relationships and leverages these to achieve brand objectives.
* Facilitates brand engagement across business units and sales teams by creating and utilizing appropriate resources.
* Embraces a flexible, function-agnostic approach to contribute to the overall success of the brand.
* Serves as the key liaison between the business, enterprise IS, creative agencies, technology vendors, and other delivery partners from project brief to implementation.
* Operates effectively in a dynamic environment, championing the adoption of new approaches and adapting activities based on insights and data.
* Balances multiple roles across different projects, such as leading or supporting as needed.
* Drives continuous improvement in processes to enhance speed and agility in customer engagement.
* Understands the regulatory and legal compliance landscape as it pertains to online communications and materials.
* Proactively identifies and mitigates risks during campaign planning and delivery.
* Ensures all deliverables adhere to internal processes and industry regulatory codes.
Requirements:
* Design, planning & delivery of multichannel and or digital marketing campaigns
* Data Analysis – experience of measuring & reporting on campaign analytics & KPIs
* Project management
* Life science industry experience
