Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

As a 1st Level Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing essential support and troubleshooting assistance. You will handle incoming queries, resolve basic technical issues, and escalate more complex problems to higher-level support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Responding to customer inquiries.
2. Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, following standard procedures.
3. Documenting and tracking customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
4. Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
5. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Utilizing ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for issue tracking and knowledge management.
Skills & Knowledge
1. Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
5. Basic understanding of IT systems and software.
6. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
