Responsibilities
1. Identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within the aviation sector as well as developing a pipeline of prospective clients.
2. Developing and executing a sales plan that aligns with Aerocare's strategic objectives.
3. Forecasting sales goals, setting performance targets, and monitoring progress to meet or exceed targets.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
5. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients as well as understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
6. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences.
7. Preparing regular reports on sales activities, revenue growth, and market insights.
8. Working closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, alignment on business objectives, and strong brand representation.
9. Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favourable agreements that support business objectives and maintain profitability.
Requirements
1. Previous sales experience in a similar role
2. A deep understanding of aviation products and services
3. Familiarity with MRO services is highly desirable
4. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders
6. Ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and adjust strategies based on market intelligence
7. Resourceful and adept at overcoming challenges, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and seizing opportunities
