About the Role: As Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include: Meeting and exceeding branch targets and driving team success. Accountability for both individual and team objectives, including profitability, market share, and value. Managing the client journey in all areas, from appraisals and listings to sales progression and negotiations, following the company’s proven sales process. Using data and insights to keep clients informed with market updates and recommendations to support successful transactions. Conducting monthly performance reviews, challenging and inspiring team members, and identifying training and development needs.
