Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Snetterton, NR16
Work Schedule & Pay:
* Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30
* £12.21 per hour
Job Overview:
The role will consist of working as part of the Office Administratorteam, ensuring data produced and collected is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Primary duties include:
* Coordination with Suppliers and Vendors
* Data Entry and Reporting
* Customer Service and Communication
* Technology and Systems Management
Qualifications and Experience required for Office Administrator:
* Intermediate to advanced MS office skills weighted towards the Excel program
* Able to produce written communication appropriate to different audience levels and needs
* Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise own workload and manage resource to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Previous experience working within WMS system
* Ability to travel to work in weekdays
