Key Responsibilities: Teach English across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to deliver A-Level English for the right candidate. Use data from assessments to inform instruction, address gaps in learning, and provide personalized support for individual students. Engage in reflective practice, contributing to the school’s improvement plan and self-evaluation. Experience teaching English in secondary schools. Strong knowledge of the English national curriculum. A Bachelor’s degree in English or a related discipline (desirable).
