You'll manage referrals for Termination of Pregnancy and Vasectomy, inform patients about alternative options if necessary, and coordinate appointments. Updating patient records, reporting progress, and triaging complex cases are key parts of the role, along with supporting the team through consultations and administrative tasks. Empowering every patient journey with compassion, compliance, and careguiding each step, supporting each story Youll handle high-risk cases and ensure vulnerable clients access needed support. Managing referrals, conducting welfare calls, and using IT systems like Excel are essential.
