Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Manager in Waltham Forest.
The Team Manager will manage a team of staff providing high-quality and innovative person-centred day opportunities. The role also includes providing direct support to service users with a range of complex needs, both in buildings and in the community.
Working Hours:
28 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, depending on the needs of the service.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Organise and/or provide direct support, including personal care, to service users with complex needs.
2. Ensure service users’ needs are met according to their individual support plan.
3. Allocate and schedule work for the team.
4. Ensure the team completes work to the required standards.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of support packages.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Relevant care qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, QCF, or equivalent) or willingness to study for this.
3. Enhanced DBS.
