Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Primary Teachers for a variety of long-term roles across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas. Long-term and day-to-day opportunities are available. ECTs are welcome to apply.
The right candidate:
* Will hold QTS or equivalent and will have at least 1 year of experience teaching within UK schools in either EYFS/KS1 or KS2.
* Have a passion for education and improving the teaching and learning opportunities for children both inside and outside the classroom.
* Ability to plan and resource creative lessons to inspire your learners.
* Have a proven track record of tracking and managing data to support students through their primary studies.
* Excellent communication skills to both impart knowledge to young children and communicate with faculty and parents effectively.
* Ability to travel between schools is desirable, but not essential!
Your responsibilities in your new role:
* Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons that align with the curriculum.
* Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
* Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting your teaching methods to meet individual needs.
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to create a cohesive educational community.
* Participating in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.
