Description
As a Tax Semi Senior, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of tax services to a portfolio of clients. You will help ensure that clients receive high-quality service while developing your own skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting in the preparation of tax returns for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with Xeinadin’s procedures.
2. Working closely with senior team members to meet client expectations and maintain high standards of service.
3. Supporting in managing client deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
4. Ensuring adherence to all legal and statutory tax requirements.
5. Collaborating with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and future innovation.
6. Developing your own technical expertise while supporting junior members where applicable.
Key Requirements
1. ATT qualified or part-qualified (or working towards a qualification).
Additional Requirements
1. Some experience in preparing tax returns and working with a portfolio of clients.
2. Commercially aware, with a good understanding of client needs.
3. A collaborative team player, eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment.
4. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
