In this newly created role, you would provide administrative support to the Employee Experience team, ensuring the efficient management of the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, wellbeing and employee engagement programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in organising and co-ordinating induction programs and employee experience-related events.
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection policies
3. Providing administrative support for employee experience projects and initiatives, ensuring that key deliverables are met on time
