Job Title: IFA Administrator
Job Summary:
Bond Rec seeks a skilled IFA Administrator to join its Client Services team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient and robust delivery of client and service propositions. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, producing letters and reports, and liaising with clients and product providers. This role is ideal for those with a strong understanding of financial planning processes and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer client records and maintain accurate data.
* Produce letters, reports, and invoices as required.
* Liaise with clients and product providers to resolve queries.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Client Services team.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a Business Support role.
* Strong understanding of financial planning processes.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work within defined business processes.
* Aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems.
