TRAINEE TEACHER OF SECONDARY CHEMISTRY
Chrysalis Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Teach First, is proud to announce the launch of Chrysalis SCITT. This School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme offers trainees the opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE.
Our one-year, research-informed programme combines hands-on experience with expert-led training in either the primary or secondary phase. Trainees will undertake a four-day-a-week school placement from mid-September to July, focusing on applying their learning to make a real impact in the classroom.
The programme balances developing your subject knowledge and expertise alongside giving you a deep understanding of effective teaching methods and techniques to manage your workload and wellbeing.
