Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices.
2. Deal with supplier calls, resolving any issues or queries.
3. Handle financial data entry and maintain accurate records.
4. Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation.
5. Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding financial queries.
6. Credit Control Management.
7. Process BACS payments/transfers.
8. Help ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
3. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
4. Previous experience in a Finance/Administrator role.
5. Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
