Our client a successful and rapidly expanding online streetwear brand looking to recruit a fashion driven Social Media Strategy Manager to join their creative team in their studios in East London. The successful candidate will have 5 years experience with INSTAGRAM/ TIKTOK and have worked for a successful high growth fashion/ sports/ streetwear brand.

SCREENSHOT OF ROLE
● Design and own our social media strategy across all platforms, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager to ensure both alignment and the impact of industry-leading campaigns are maximised across our social media channels, currently Instagram and TikTok.
● Conceptualise and implement groundbreaking, cut-through ideas for social-first campaigns that deeply resonate with our community.
● Plan and manage our social media calendar applying thorough detail to the execution of each marketing campaign, applying strategy and insights to every decision.
● Report, analyse and advise across performance, format, scheduling and audience to ensure the most effective approach to campaign optimisation.
● Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets for enhanced reach, engagement and follower count.
● Effectively brief the creative content team to ensure they execute the strategy to the highest level.
● Build clear timelines and schedules that ensure channel requirements and deadlines are achieved.
● Ideate and execute impactful social media activations that engage with the community from ground-level guerilla marketing to giveaways and exclusive offers.
● Manage and approve all social media copy ensuring this is in line with the tone-of-voice and social strategy, and engages our community.
● Manage, develop and inspire your team - sharing knowledge, tools and best practices and helping the team achieve their best work independently and collectively.
● Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends to make informed recommendations on social marketing briefs.
● Stay attuned to industry trends, identifying new and emerging channel opportunities to grow the brand in key markets.
A GOOD FIT

● 4+ years of experience working in a similar role, growing and managing social platforms for highly creative brands TIK TOK/ INSTAGRAM
● 1+ years of experience managing a team, with demonstrable success
● Comprehensive knowledge of the social media landscape
● Strategic and analytical thinking, adept at translating numerical data into actionable insights and valuable learnings
● Able to ensure creative, formats and plans are optimised for platforms to drive scale and engagement
● Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously
● A strong understanding of and experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
● Have proven copywriting ability and be able to take a brand tone of voice to produce and approve social copy for content calendars
● Experience developing and implementing effective processes and ways of working
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
● Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
