Description
The role of a Tax Junior is to provide support to the wider team by completing routine tasks. They will provide support to clients, as well as with other team members, ensure that all work is completed to a high standard whilst also promoting the Xeinadin vision and values. The Tax Junior will provide support on a wide range of accounting services, including audit engagements, tax returns and management accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with the preparation of tax returns for a diverse range of clients, including limited companies, landlords, and partnerships.
2. Assisting more senior colleagues in liaising with clients to gather information and communicate with clients on routine matters.
3. Preparing VAT returns.
4. Preparing management accounts.
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate data collection and confidentiality.
6. Supporting the wider firm with additional duties as required.
7. Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
8. Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.
Key Requirements
1. Entry level role
2. A degree in a relevant subject such as Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics
3. Working towards ATT desirable

1. Strong organisational skills, motivation, and proficiency in using computers.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Comfort and liking of numbers.
4. Attention to detail.
