Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Providing robust support on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintaining pay plan and benefits programProfile
A successful HR Manager should have:
A level 7 CIPD qualification
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of UK employment law and disciplinary procedures
Experience of managing and leading a teamPlease note - this is an on-site role and will be office based Monday - Friday.
