Our client, a luxury retail business are looking for a collaborative and detail focussed Human Resources Advisor to support the HR Manager and client group through the employment lifecycle. The role covers a wide range of generalist HR duties across administrative and operational tasks. A busy, involved role in a dynamic, fast paced team
Duties will include
* Performance Management - Ensuring all managers have completed annual and mid-year check-ins, assisting employees with appraisal process and analysing data.
* Policies ensure UK HR policy is communicated and understood across the client group. Review and develop new policy in conjunction with the HR Management Team.
* Employee Relations - Manage a range of ER cases, coaching and training line managers, collating ER reports and conducting exit interviews.
* HR Operations Induction Programmes, L&D, recruitment, contract administration and compensation and benefits.
