Description Duties and responsibilities of the Business Operations Officer include, but are not limited to: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team Maintaining and organising schedules and appointments Assisting in the preparation of regular reports Handling queries and correspondence promptly and professionally Coordinating office procedures and systems Managing confidential documents and information Organising and attending meetings when required Ensuring effective internal communication within the team Profile A successful Business Operations Officer should have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive and solution-oriented approach. High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience with various software applications.
