Role Overview
As an Administrator, you will support the Branch Manager and branch operations, primarily focusing on credit control and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage weekly and cash account collections
2. Assist with debt recovery and credit control processes
3. Coordinate with the Branch Manager to oversee outstanding debts
4. Respond to email requests and liaise with central teams
5. Handle banking duties and resolve discrepancies
6. Manage G4S collections and procedures
7. Oversee petty cash usage
8. Process daily stock order receipts
9. Manage supplier returns
10. Prepare and review branch/area payroll reports
11. Conduct weekly risk assessments and ensure completion
12. Oversee fire risk assessments and checks
13. Manage fire alarm inspections
14. Supervise daily van checks
15. Manage the Key Accounts Portal and provide assistance as needed
16. Perform other administrative duties as required
