Job Title: Project Coordinator
We are assisting an industry leading Facilities Management company with the recruitment of a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Job Description:
This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.
This is a Monday - Friday position 9.00am - 5.00pm (Full Time). Salary £26,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the co-ordination of all planned services within remit
2. Detailed planning of work with project, commercial and other service delivery teams
3. Accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules
4. Resolving client, operational and commercial queries relating to planned maintenance
5. Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system
6. The facilities management services provided to customers, and all relevant process and procedures
7. Support the delivery of periodic meetings with the team and client
8. Uphold Data Protection Policies
9. General office duties
