Role Overview:
As the Payroll Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll transactions. Your expertise will be crucial in managingplex reconciliations, pension schemes, and regulatorypliance. Enjoy a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. plex Reconciliations : Handle intricate payroll control account reconciliations, pension schemes, and RTI returns.
2. Timely Payroll Processes : Ensure monthly payroll tasks arepleted promptly, including BACS file submissions and RTI filings.
3. Pension Data Management : Prepare and submit pension data returns for various schemes (USS, LGPS, TPS, NHS, NEST).
4. Expert Advice : Provide specialist payroll and pensions information, addressingplex staff queries.
5. Data Analysis : Generate regular and ad hoc reports on payroll and pensions data, analysing trends and patterns.
Requirements:
6. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll management.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Proficiency in payroll software and understanding of relevant legislation.
