Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - Development Post
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust
Due to service redesign, we have opportunities for three enthusiastic Counselling or Clinical Psychologists (band 7) to progress to Senior (band 8a); come join Inpatient Adult Mental Health Services!
* Different locations (Coventry and Warwick).
* Part time/full time hours.
* Flexibility: a third of your role remote if preferred.
* Ideal for those in final training year.
Working in inpatient mental health is a great use of all skills we have as psychologists; it's a great place to learn, develop, and progress to a Senior role. If you would like opportunities to engage in 1:1 work, group interventions, consultation, teaching, and supervision with excellent support from a qualified psychologist, then please apply to join our friendly team!
In this role, you will collaborate with the MDT to develop trauma-informed formulations that inform least restrictive care. We're keen to recruit recovery-oriented, thoughtful team players and welcome all conversations if you're curious. You're also very welcome to come and meet some of the team and see the wards.
If you're interested in joining a passionate and energetic team to make a difference to patients and progress to the next level, please give us a call!
