AV Projects Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated AV Projects Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality audio-visual projects. In this role, you will lead a team of AV professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering AV projects of varying size and complexity while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the projects team, ensuring the smooth organisation and delivery of AV projects from enquiry to final installation and after-sales service.
* Implement and maintain systems and processes to promote efficient and streamlined working practices.
* Lead and mentor a team of Project Coordinators, supporting their professional development.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly.
* Manage customer expectations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
* Monitor resource utilisation to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Oversee project stock management, ensuring deadlines are met and all goods and services are dispatched as required.
* Source supplier quotes to secure the best pricing for products.
* Manage customer invoices, payments, and liaise with accounts to support financial reporting.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and audit systems and processes for continuous improvement.
* Develop project proposals, tenders, budgets, and schedules.
* Create and process products, quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders in Sage.
* Ensure project close-out documentation is obtained and completed.
* Track and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
* Manage subcontractors as required to maintain adequate installation resources.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within estimated timeframes.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as an AV Project Manager, ideally in a leadership role.
* Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, and control systems.
* Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with Sage, ideally Sage 200 (desirable).
* Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
* Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively.
